"50 years together"

The PPL has a capacity of 1500 liters per hour, raw milk is obtained from the Zootechnics Unit, being the milk supplier of the Pilot Plant. The route of the plant and start of operations begins when the milk is received, for this we can separate the plant in different areas and areas: P1) Milk reception area 2) Milk processing zone 3) Zone of milk cheeses 4) Zone of butter 5) Zone of yogurt 6) Chamber of refrigeration and camera of freezing 7) Room of tank of refrigerated water 8) Room of cauldrons 9) Room of softening of water.

Fresh milk collection

The milk is received in our Plant from the best cows raised in the Faculty of Zootechnics.
Their milk, fresh and natural, is the best raw material for the production of our products.

Production plant

The PPL has two production lines: the main production line that is responsible for pasteurizing and bagging the milk, and the second, dedicated to the manufacture of dairy products such as yogurts, chocolate milk, cheese and butter.

La Molina Milk Pilot Plant has a specialized laboratory equipped with technology and trained personnel to ensure the safety and quality of our products for the complete satisfaction of our customers.

Cold chambers

All our products that we offer in the market are fresh products therefore it is necessary a refrigeration and freezing system to keep the products in optimal conditions and that can reach your home in a satisfactory way.
